Medical Scientist / Medical Liaison Manager (part-time) (m/f)

Description

• Responds to medical inquiries regarding marketed or developmental products of the customer
• Presents scientific and clinical data related to these products
• Identifies and develops regional and national opinion leaders to support the customers´ products and trains speakers through personal contacts and on-site visits
• Establishes strong relationships with opinion leaders, clinical investigators and providers at academic and non-academic settings
• Maintains and strengthens the scientific dialogue with key stakeholders (KOLs, scientific organizations, patient advocacy groups) in Switzerland
• Assists with phase 4 programs, including collaboration with investigators and therapeutic area heads
• The MS works collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Clinical Research, Market Access, Global Safety and Medical Communication teams
• The MS utilizes scientific resources to deliver impactful presentations in a variety of different settings
• The MS travels to appointments, meetings and conferences on a frequent and regular basis, occasionally on a short term notice

• Typically requires a science, pharmacy or medical degree
• Advanced degrees such as PhD, MD preferred
• Must have relevant experience in a similar role (e.g. Medical Science Liaison)
• Must have relevant experience in key stakeholder management
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in literature research and compilation of medical information material is desirable
• Will and ability to travel
• Team-player, highly motivated, enthusiastic and success oriented personality
