Description
This position assists in the development, delivery and overall implementation of data integration solutions in DataStage in a Teradata environment. This position exercises discretion and independent judgment to accomplish duties and responsibilities that advance the overall design and guidelines provided by the architecture and macro design. Responsible for ETL processes including database loading and manipulation to ensure that the data needs are met throughout the course of the development. Understands business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommends solutions that enable an effective development cycle. Responsible for:Develop and program from, detailed physical source–to–target mapping specifications.
Write datastage code to Extract, Transform, and Load data to various Teradata target tables.
