Our client a leading pharmaceutical company is currently seeking a Clinical Distribution Manager in Basel for a 12 month project with possible extension. This is a global pharmaceutical company with presence in varies countries around the world. They operate an open-minded environment, particularly within clinical study teams. This is a role with responsibility, where you will be empowered with the relevant decision-making authority, but will equally be accountable for your actions and responsibilities.The Client has agreed that Real Staffing is currently, exclusively working on this job. Additionally, interviews are set for Monday or Tuesday next week. (24th and 25th of March)
This position requires the following skills:
- Understanding of distribution within clinical trials.
- Experience with IRT/IVRS is a must
- An advanced degree in life science/healthcare or equivalent, with at least 3 years experience in clinical trials, within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Distribution experience within clinical trials is necessary
- Ability to work within matrix organizations, individually and in a team
- Strong negotiation skills, as well as communication skills
This position entitles these main duties:
- Lead the design of the distribution model
- Implement new product launch projects throughout Europe and Emerging Markets
- Ensuring quality and also cost performance of the third party providers
- Optimization and implementation of the distribution strategy
- Working closely with procurement and sourcing organization on supplier selection and performance reviews
