Description
The system implementation supervisor will be responsible for the supervision of implementation analysts. They will be the expert on Epic systems, and mentor and coach the rest of the team members.Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize and lead workflow, assigning work to other team members
- Communicate and present to leadership team
- Explain complex terms and technology to individuals without technology experience
- Write policies, procedures, and other documents for distribution
Education and experience:
- 4 years of application installation, support, or operations
- Preferred experience in clinic or customer service
- 2 years supervising a team or program
- Experience analyzing clinical work flows
- Experience working within an Epic system
