Computer Futures are currently working with a global key client on seeking an experienced Service Delivery Executive, based in Reading.You will establishing executive level relationships during sales cycle resulting in CIO-level Conditions of Satisfaction (COS) and Service Delivery Plan (SDP)
Business Development:
You will map the client's solutions and strategies to the customer environment and drives a strategic development plan for the customer.
You will also be accountable for engagement and program delivery strategy that positively impacts business growth.
Business Leadership:
You will establish business and solution strategies within the scope of customer engagements or programs.
You will drive results by helping others be successful and be recognized as a role model and sought out as a mentor.
Delivery Management:
You will leads teams through highly complex, critical situations, including geographically dispersed environments and global deployments.
You will be accountable for engagement, project, and program criteria, including financial management, scope management, and risk management.
Value Management:
You will Influence and manage customer expectations, based on a portfolio of engagements or programs and influence the development of policies and procedures on a global or industry level.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
BA or Master's degree
Significant industry experience
Competency in Analytical Problem Solving, Customer/Partner Relationships, Product & Technology Expertise, Project Management, Strategic Insight IT Implementation (e.g. CMM and CMMI), IT Service delivery and Support (e.g. ITIL Foundation), Project Management fundamentals (e.g. PMI or equivalent) and Industry-specific certifications (as and if applicable)
This positions is paying between £60,000 - £70,000 and comes with an excellent benefits package.
