The role:The Sourcing Analyst role will support Sourcing Project Managers and Opportunity Managers in all phases of a strategic sourcing process.
? Supporting the end to end strategic sourcing process including data collection and analysis, financial modelling / business case development, solution design, vendor evaluation and selection (including Requests for Information [RFI] and Requests for Proposal [RFP]), due diligence, contract negotiation, transition planning and solution implementation
? Documenting and action outputs from project activities
? Building relationships and working with SMEs and stakeholders through all phases of the projects
? Providing support for evaluation sessions and negotiations and preparing materials to support
? Understanding of end to end Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and IT Outsourcing (ITO)
? Understanding of Financial Services, particularly Capital Markets and the environment in which it operates
? Proven business analysis experience with strong delivery focus
? A structured and practical approach with an ability to create clarity out of ambiguity and present problem statements and associated analysis in a way that is easily understood
? Ability to communicate succinctly and effectively
? Drive and motivation to engage fully in the programme, to further develop the programme
? Strong influencing and negotiation skills
