An established charity based in central London is seeking an experience database manager to join their expanding team.

The successful candidate will take the lead on the implementation of their new Raiser's Edge database experience within this area is highly desirable.

Main duties:
  • Play a key part in the implementation of the raiser's edge database
  • Provide management information, reports, segmentation and selections to increase fundraising income
  • Provide insight to fundraising and communication team
  • Import and export process
  • Support with ongoing development to the website
  • Train staff on raisers edge database
  • Ensure data and quality is regularly checked


Essential Experience:
  • Implementation of Raiser's edge
  • Delivering segmentations and selections
  • Managing external suppliers
  • Developing protocols that enable web users to access their own data


Desirable:
  • SQL
  • Ability to analyse
  • Charity experience
