Description

I am looking for an experienced fund administrator to join financial organisation based IN Manchester. The role will require you to come on board and help them with a new project within their business. I apologise in advance if this role is not for you.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the day to day administration of funds which involves completion of the following work in an accurate and timely manner.

Review of fund prices, and components of NAV in addition to actively investigating fund price anomalies as compared to determined benchmark.

Review of exception reporting relating to tax daily fund pricing function.

Actively clearing daily cash exceptions, and ensuring stock reconciliation's are minimal.

Assistance in development of procedures.

Comply with all corporate policies and procedures within the department.

Alert supervisor immediately of any significant changes to business risks and internal control effectiveness.

Notify management and/or Compliance immediately of any regulatory breach.

Comply with health and safety policies and procedures operating within the business.

Ad hoc duties as required by Fund Accounting Supervisor.

The grade is reflective of the complexity of the funds which will be undertaken and the level of responsibility.

Escalate issues to Supervisor as appropriate and in line with Corporate Policy.

Requirements for the role:

Experienced fund administrator

Finance background

Excellent communication skills

Contract role-

£12-16 per hour
