IP VOICE ENGINEER (HLD, LLD, IMPLEMENTATION, IP,CORE, 3GPP, ARCHITECTURAL, MATRIX, SOLUTION, DESIGN, VOLTe, RCSe)
INTERNAL ROLE TITLE: IP Voice Engineer
REPORTS TO: Core Networks & Services Manager
FUNCTION: Technology
DEPARTMENT: Networks
LOCATION: Dublin
Role Purpose
Engineer responsible for the overarching solution design and implementation of converged voice capability leading into in life service change and continuous improvement activities.
The role will focus on converged IP voice services and IMS for all access types across Consumer and Enterprise.
Role Dimensions
Financial (limits/mandates etc.)
- Project costing and pricing reviews
- Contract and purchasing of technical services
Non-financial (customers/staff etc)
- Cross-functional project meetings
- Group interaction for specialist technologies
Typical Outputs
- Network Architecture -Solution HLD and LLDs.
- Monthly capacity reports with trending and recommendations.
- Implementation progress (technical/financial) reporting
- Ad hoc group reports
