Description
Background:
My client, a large bank in Brussels, is seeking a Web Developer to join the Service Level Management team to develop, support and maintain tools which manage Service Level Agreements, reporting and cost recharging aspects and develop solutions for improving processes in service support and service delivery areas.
Tasks:
Design and development of functional requirements into a suitable solution, escalate in due time, reporting;
Development and implementation of the tool used to calculate the consumption volumes, feeding the new cost and recharge model (pricing, monitoring and forecasting);
Develop and implement solutions for Production Services, Service Delivery Management and Service Management;
Perform support and maintenance activities:
- Ensure the support and maintenance of the web based tools developed in .Net, MS SQL and MS reporting technologies.
- Perform data manipulation through SQL queries and MS offices tools (Excel and Access).
Skills:
An experienced web developer with deep knowledge of:
ASP, SQL, VB.NET, Microsoft Reporting Services, IIS, MS Office automation (VBA), HTML, Javascript.
Release management with SVN.
