Role - Voice Engineer
Contract - 3-6 months
Location - Nottingham
My client are recruiting for a Voice Engineer for a 3-6 month contract to assist in the implementation of a project, starting mid-late March.
You will need to have a core skill set including the following technologies (version numbers are important). Ideally have a minimum of 2 years design and hands-on engineering experience in these.
*Cisco CVP Comprehensive Model v9.0 - experience of creating Call Studio scripts using microapps. Includes:
oCall/VXML Server
oCisco CVP Call Studio
*Cisco ICM-E Script Editor v9.0 - experience of creating ICM scripts with CVP interactions, and the use of Translation Routing.
*Cisco Voice Gateways (3945 ISR) - experience of configuring Voice Gateways, in particular:
oCreating Dial Plans/Dial Peers
oConfiguring SIP trunking
Also a nice to have (not mandatory) would be any skills or experience with installing/configuring Cisco Call Manager (CUCME) v10.0. This version is the latest release.
The role is a very hands on engineer and they you will only engage with other Engineers in the team and the PM, no other stakeholders.
