Office Manager/Administrative Manager - Boston

A rapidly growing Asset Manager in Boston is looking to expand its team and needs someone available immediately to join the team as Office Manager/Administration Manager. The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background with keen attention to detail, strong interpersonal and writing skills, quantitative reasoning ability, and a rigorous work ethic. Finance experience is not required.

Skills and Duties for Office Manager/Administrative Manager
  • Experience with general office administration
  • Prepare and editing correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
  • Manage and maintain schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings, presentations and events
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner
  • Assist with recruitment of new employees across the firm
  • Plan and coordinate company events
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
  • Driven, motivated and flexible
