Office Manager/Administrative Manager - BostonA rapidly growing Asset Manager in Boston is looking to expand its team and needs someone available immediately to join the team as Office Manager/Administration Manager. The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background with keen attention to detail, strong interpersonal and writing skills, quantitative reasoning ability, and a rigorous work ethic. Finance experience is not required.
Skills and Duties for Office Manager/Administrative Manager
- Experience with general office administration
- Prepare and editing correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
- Manage and maintain schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
- Arrange and coordinate meetings, presentations and events
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner
- Assist with recruitment of new employees across the firm
- Plan and coordinate company events
- Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
- Driven, motivated and flexible
