Rapidly growing pharmaceutical company with a start up feel seeking Oncology Senior Clinical Trials Manager to assist management of exciting global study with 30+ sites.This is a great opportunity for those interested in utilizing and expanding their oncology research management experience. The candidate will be responsible for site start up and management activities, including budgeting, negotiations, compliance, protocol quality assurance, vendor management, CRF submittals, data cleans, and study closeout activities.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous oncology research management experience
- Minimum of 8 years pharmaceutical industry including (at least 4 years CSM/CTM experience).
- Prior monitoring experience is required.
- Oncology trial experience is a must.
- Experience in site initiation, preparation of periodic clinical study progress
- Interpersonal relationships, communication, decision making, execution/results/process improvement, presentation, customer satisfaction, leadership, people and talent management
- Experience in Microsoft Office
This position can be located in Los Angeles, CA or San Francisco, CA.
