Job Title: Systems and Development Manager - Up to £65kSalary: Up to £65,000
Location: Gloucestershire
Computer Futures are currently representing a fantastic Gloucestershire based company who are seeking a strong IT focused candidate to fill a vacant Head of Systems position and Development post.
The newly appointed Head of Systems will be a key member for the company and will be responsible for the IT strategy and delivery plans over the next 24 months within the business. The Head of Systems will work closely with the senior management team in order to produce strategically consistent IT programs. .
The successful candidate will have a vast amount of experience of systems development with at least 3 years experience as a senior within a technology executive role..
A proven track record of designing and delivering IT strategy for a high growth E-Commerce company is essential. An E-commerce background is highly important for this role.
In order to achieve the desired results, the candidate must have previously organised and managed a small successful IT team.
The client is looking for a technical candidate capable of demonstrating a clear understanding of key technology areas, enough so to discuss and engage (when needed) with developers, suppliers and other IT related members.
In order to be successful, you must show a clear understanding of a web application development environments based on a LAMP technology stack PHP, MySQL and other related technologies.
