Description
We require a Project Manager for an initial 6 month contract role based on a client site in London.
Essential skills/experience required:
Possess current security clearance to SC or DV level
Possess a minimum of 5 years experience in deploying medium complexity construction, estates & estates security projects.
Prince 2 practitioner or equivalent qualification
Candidates must have Construction Industry experience.
Possess a minimum of 5 years experience in planning and delivering medium complexity, multi skilled projects with values ranging from £500k - £2M using the latest version of MS Project.
Experienced in the assessment, mitigation and management of project risk
Managing project budgets
Role:
To be responsible for the planning and delivery of customer projects ensuring delivery is on time, within budget and to the agreed scope quality standards, across the organisations wide range of Security and Construction Services.
You may also be required to assist with and lead the production of bids for new work opportunities.
