Job Description
The ERP Project Manager will be responsible for leading a team of both business and IT professionals to deliver ERP systems and business process changes to sites globally. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle eBusiness Suite and have experience in implementations particularly in the areas of Manufacturing and Supply Chain.
The key requirements of this role are to lead and deliver change through the implementation of ERP systems and to ensure the delivery of projects is on time, within budget and to agreed quality controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Project Team to deliver the agreed Project Goals.
- Manage the budget, resourcing, planning and quality measures based on the business case and project goals.
- Provide input and direction to Business Model definition and Solution Design.
- Monitor and control performance, cost, scope, schedule, quality and appropriate business measurements for all project activities.
- Lead and manage the project team to deliver agreed goals.
- Continuous assessment of risks and contingency planning.
- Report regularly on project status to Senior Management.
Key Competencies (Education/Skills/Experience):
- 7+ years Oracle ERP Implementation experience essential.
- 5+ years in Project Management/Leadership capacity with experience managing cross functional teams.
- Project Management Qualification required.
- Bachelors or Masters Degree from an accredited college or university.
- Experience in the Medical Device Industry or a GMP regulated environment a distinct advantage.
- Experience in management of organizational change.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
