Description
A Dutch speaking Mechanical Lead Engineer is needed for a high tech organisation on a long term contract basis. My client is a market leader in mechatronics design for a wide range of products and machines. The interfaces to the departments’ mechatronics, electronics, software and production play an important role. Location for this assignment is the Netherlands.During the implementation phase, a Mechanical Lead Engineer is responsible for outsourcing the manufacture of mechanical parts and supervision of the assembly.
Competencies & Experience
The Mechanical Lead Engineer has to fulfil the following criteria:
You have completed a college / university degree Mechanical Engineering
You have experience in 3D CAD (SolidWorks, Ansys and Mathcad) design and are able to substantiate with relevant calculations design choices.
You have excellent knowledge in the field of design stiffness, manufacturability of mechanical parts and construction principles.
You have an affinity with other disciplines such as electrical, control and automation.
You have an analytical ability is violently and a pragmatic approach.
You are creative, have good communication skills and you can communicate well.
You are fluent in Dutch and English.
