Working for a fast growing Customer Experience Consulting firm in Sydney, we require a Senior Service / Experience Design Contractor for a 6+ Month ContractThis role:
- Successfully visualise service propositions and strategy
- Produce meaningful insights from design research
- Ensure the Design process remains within expectations
- Undertake any work that will accelerate the organisation in achieving it's purpose
- Strong communication design skills including excellent written English, presentation skills and an eye for layout.
- A solid knowledge of Adobe's design programs - producing great looking documentation quickly will be an important part of your job.
- A solid understanding of how the Internet works - UX and/or coding skills would be great.
- An interest in how to actually make stuff, not just draw it, and some experience of doing so -general physical prototyping skills would be great too.
- An appreciation of the value of customer research in the service design process and knowledge of the different methods and tools used to engage and understand people's behaviours, motivations and needs.
- You'll be working on all aspects of service design and innovation projects. This will involve leading and conducting design research, planning and helping facilitate workshops, developing designs and prototypes and creating communications to support their presentation to clients.
- You will be able to engage with the big picture and enjoy getting stuck into the details when required to deliver outstanding results.
- You will need to be a little entrepreneurial and flexible as the company is still small, although with big plans to grow.
