Description
This client is a top company within the pharmaceutical industry that seeks a Director of Statistical Programmer in either Maryland or Massachusets.The role involves, but is not limited to:
- The lead on a major project to build an international team based in India and potentially the US
- Communicate with existing managers in India
- Create a team culture and responsible for an entire business unit
- Operational and technical leadership
- Identify processes/standards and macros that can be improved or be more efficient
- Late Phase group (Phase IIIb, IV, Observational studies)
- Broad therapeutic areas
The requirements for this position include:
- Ability to manage a business where decisions impact the group
- Operational side
- Strong technical background
- Direct report experience
- Experience in building a team out
- Minimum of a Bachelors degree in related field
- 8 + years clinical statistical programming experience
