4-MONTH CONTRACT POSITION (may extend to 6 months)
Job Title: Senior Recruiter - Healthcare, Taleo, Labor Relations
Location: Oakland, CA 94612
Purpose of the Position:
- Special Project that will have very high visibility
Position Description:
- Sources, attracts, and screens candidates for nonexempt and exempt positions
- Maintains and seeks valuable sourcing contacts in the healthcare industry
- Conducts reference checks
- May coordinate examinations, travel, and reporting dates
Top Daily Responsibilities:
- Assess for most qualified candidate for vacancy & refer to hiring manager
- Thorough use of company's applicant tracking system (Taleo) for all candidate work flow documentation
- May be engaged in interview process
Qualifications/Requirements:
- BA/BS required
- 5-7 years' recruitment experience
- Must have experience using Taleo
- Must have experience working with collective bargaining agreements (labor relations) as it relates to recruitment and selection
- For recruiters with Healthcare experience; this is not a role for IT recruiters
- Full life cycle recruitment experience
- Must have experience meeting with change management and providing regular updates to senior leadership
- Recruitment experience in Human Resources Department
- Very skilled in dealing with confidential information
