Senior CRM Project Manager, Marketing and data experience will have day to day responsibility for delivering the second phase of clients Campaign Management programme.
Apps IT are seeking a strong Siebel project manager with the following experience.
Responsible for the initial scoping, business case definition, authorisation, project definition, recruitment (including tendering for a top tier SI to partner) and managing the eventual delivery using a project team drawn from various internal capability groups, partner organisations and other 3rd parties.
Mandatory Experience.
5+ years full life cycle experience managing IT enabled transformation projects with budgets in excess of £1m. Structured tendering and 3rd party contract management within a project environment. Effective and proactive project level risk and issue management. Experience with CRM functional area and specifically marketing campaign management. CRM package implementation methodology, Formal business change methodology. Operating project governance at multiple levels from working groups through to executive level steering. Reporting to portfolio, directorate and group wide governance groups. Project quality management and quality assurance practices. Stakeholder management ranging from operational to Director level. Implementing solutions requiring the sourcing, aggregation, cleansing and enrichment of high volumes of data
Preferable Experience
PRINCE2 Practitioner and/or PMI PMP certification. Siebel implementation, upgrade or optimisation. Utilities industry experience and specifically the sales and marketing processes. Data warehousing and ETL tools and techniques. Customer, prospect and associated data item management, enrichment and governance
