Our prestigious client based in Switzerland is currently looking for an Senior Development Engineer working with construction tools in design and mechanics.Your main tasks will include:
- Participation in international and multidisciplinary project teams for new developments of high-v precision equipment for construction surveying
- Creation of technical concepts and detailed specifications based on market and customer requirements
- Implementation of feasibility and cost-effectiveness analyzes
- Detailed design , documentation and testing of complex and technically sophisticated opto - mechanical assemblies and systems
- Creation of production-oriented production documentation and support of the material and supplier selection
- Track and evaluate new trends in manufacturing and process technologies
The ideal candidate profile:
- In-depth technical training ( ETH / University of Applied Sciences , HTL or equivalent) , preferably in the range precision engineering , mechatronics or mechanical engineering
- At least 5 years of practical work experience , ideally in the field of plastics technology , precision mechanics or equipment manufacturing / Precision Engineering
- Very good knowledge in 3D CAD design (preferably Siemens NX)
- Good knowledge of English
- Distinctive skills to methodological and analytical way of working
- High level of enthusiasm, commitment and responsibility
- Creativity , teamwork and flexibility
