Description
My NHS client based in London is currently recruiting for an Urgent Care Project Manager for a 12 month contract.You will be required to deliver on 2 key area's around Urgent Care:
- Re procure the primary care (GP) provision within the existing Urgent Care Centre with a new provider to be in post by April 2015
- Undertake a review of the Walk-in Centre to inform of /and implement future commissioning decisions for post April 2015
The Project Manager will report in to the Commissioning Programme Lead for Urgent Care and work as part of a wider commissioning team.
The project manager will have the ability to work autonomously with significant experience of leading large scale projects. You will have a knowledge of QIPP and the commissioning cycle and processes to effect changes in services through commissioning. You will have be prince 2 or MSP qualified and have a good understanding of excel.
This role is to start at the beginning of May with interviews the week commencing 31st March. The day rate is circa £350 - £400 per day dependant on experience.
