Service Desk Analyst

My client in Bedford is currently looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join them on a 2 month initial contract. The role is needed to provide 1st line ICT support for Desktop PCs, Server, Network and Software applications via phone or face to face. Also to log incidents, monitor and track progress through to resolution.

Skills and experience required:
Substantial experience working in a similar Service Desk ICT support function.
IT Hardware (Desktops and Servers)
Microsoft OS (Windows 8, 7 & XP)
Microsoft Apps (Office 2003 & 2010)
Landesk or similar Incident management tool
RDP, VNC or other remote access tools.
McAfee or other anti-virus tools
Cisco voice systems
Mobile devices (Blackberry, Samsung, HTC, Iphone)

Qualifications:
Recognised IT support qualifications (A+, MS Certified, ITIL)
