Description
Beacon Hill Technologies has a client in the Cleveland, Ohio area who is looking to staff a Help Desk Associate for a 6-month contract (with potential to renew after 6 months).
Candidates with the following experience will be considered:
- Must have Microsoft Office 2010 support experience
- Experience working as a Super User with Excel (tables, pivot tables, calculations), Word (formatting) and Outlook (user permissions, rules, mail merge)
- Formalized Help Desk or specific phone support of Office 2010 experience is required
