Job Description:
As a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer you will be responsible for improving and ensuring quality of the software that is delivered or yet to be developed. Together with the test coordinator will work on the professionalisation of the QA for the team to continuously improve effectiveness and efficiency. The QA Engineer will not only be involved in testing, but the ideal Quality Assurance Engineer will be required to understand the entire software development process and the overall objectives of the organization to adapt. The QA Engineer will need to be a motivated individual with great communication skills. You will work very closely with the test coordinator and together you will be regularly involved in drawing up projects/releases that are used for the assessment of completion of these projects. The ideal Quality Assurance Engineer will have knowledge of unit test frameworks (NUnit is a plus), to our developers to add support for writing good unit tests.
Desired Skills & Experience:
QA Engineer
* Completed HBO or university training in a Beta Direction
* Approximately 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
* Relevant experience with Front End-/Cross browser testing (Selenium is an advantage)
* Experience with C # is also a plus
* Experience with natural language frameworks (Spec flow is a plus)
* Experience with an issue tracking system (Jira is a plus)
* Experience with continuous integration server, we use Bamboo
* Experience with Agile Scrum within a testing environment
* A good command of Dutch and English spoken and written
