One of our clients, a multinational company in the pharmaceutical industry currently requires an Environmental monitoring Support with experience in manufacturing of biotechnology product

Location: South of Brussels
FUNCTION DESCRIPTION
The mission is focused on environmental monitoring improvement (viable and non-viable monitoring).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provide active support to Production team for the environmental monitoring improvement (viable and non-viable monitoring) of Manufacturing Processes.
* Manage or participate in environmental deviations, leading investigation team, performing root cause analysis and impact product.
* Involved in the review of quality documents (Risk assessment, Validation protocole, SOP...)
* Share with the team monitoring environmental knwoledge and bring suggestions for improvement of Manufacturing Processes
* Provide support for improvement of SOP and training related to environmental monitoring process.
* Reporting to the Manager regarding achievements and issues
* Participate in the preparation and implementation of the quality system as part of a new building
PREREQUISITES
Education
* Have a minimum bachelor degree with experience or engineering degree (chemistry, pharma, biotechnology, processes, agronomy) applied to industrial process.
Knowledge
* Rigorous, Perseverant
* Ability to work under heavy pressure due to the requested flexibility and reactivity of the activities
* Good communication and influencing skills, good partnership
* Autonomous, Hands-on mentality
* Ability to work in project teams in a multidisciplinary organization
Experience
* Minimum 2 years experience in operational manufacturing of biotechnology product.
* Mandatory: previous experience in monitoring environmental
Would be a plus:
- previous experience in a pharmaceutical aseptic area production
- SAP knowledge
- Experience in deviation management is an asset
