ICT Services Manager - Transformation Lead - Change Manager - Business Change - Council
I am currently recruiting for an Interim ICT Services Manager on behalf of a council based in London. This is a contract role that will run for an initial 3 months but is part of a wider Transformation Programme at the council that will be running for at Least 12 Months.
Reporting into the Councils Chief ICT Officer, the role will have a significant input into delivering the councils transformation programme which involves:
- The implementation of major ICT related savings initiatives including the realignment of corporate functions and reviewing significant spending areas.
- The design of a new, lean organisation structure
- The development of future service delivery models
- The development of new business processes
- Ensuring all ICT solutions are in line with current strategies, business plans and customer requirements
You will also be required to provide direct line management and guidance across the council for a number of key areas including:
- Development of business critical systems
- Web Development and the delivery of everyday web services
- Continuous improvement of the ICT Service Desk
- Business Application software development and support
- Management of ad hoc projects
What the council are looking for above anything else is a successful track record in delivering Transformation programmes, ideally for a council from an ICT perspective. Change Management and Transformation is ESSENTIAL!
