Tasks
• Upgrade of the products listed under technical skills.
• Assuring of 3rd level support (solving Tickets is 20-30% of workload).
• Rollout Tasks.
Requirements
• Several years of professional technical experience.
• Experience working in a multinational, global enterprise environment.
Technical skills
3 Years of Experience with the McAfee Client Security Stack, including Products such as:
• VirusScan Enterprise.
• Endpoint Encryption for PC.
• Host Intrusion Prevention.
• e-Policy Orchestrator.
Soft skills
• Autonomous work-style.
• Fluency in English, German is a plus.
Workload: 40%
Start Date: asap
End Date: 31.07.2014 (potential option of prolongation with increased workload of max. 60%)
