Role: CRM Sales Director

Salary: Negotiable on experience

Key skills: MS Gold Partner, Medium - Large VAR, managing teams

My has been established over for over 15 years and are a MS Gold Partner. They are looking now looking for a proven CRM Sales Director to drive the MS CRM sales practice and lead with example to open up different MS products and specialist verticals markets.
My clients have been going since the early 2000s and have built gold partner status, they mainly sell into Capital Markets, Insurance and Financial Institutions sectors.

Experience needed:

Experience of selling Dynamics solutions, with the average order value of £150k.
A proven background in achievements against targets year on year for the last 3 years.
Ideally from an MS Gold Partner background.
Used to managing teams of 10+ sales people.
Reporting to the group MD's.
Full P&L responsibility.
This is a great opportunity to take the company to the next level, as the MD's are looking for someone who has a good track record in building the sales division.
