My client is looking for a Product Manager / Project Manager to direct a multidisciplinary team based at three specialist sites within the UK and the US. Initially working on a system design and component integration project through to introduction on the market: This role will require someone with strong leadership skills and experience managing new product projects from concept through to design and delivery.Essential skills/experience:
- Experience leading new product projects from concept to design and delivery
- Experience directing a multidisciplinary teams directly and remotely
- Willing to travel and work around time differences between sites in the UK and US
- Able to travel to the US at least once a quarter for a couple of weeks
- 15 years experience in electronics
- Several years project/product management/leadership experience
- Radiation industry background / experience working on x-ray products
- Experience developing compact handheld equipment
- Experience working across multinational teams
