Description
You will report into the Regulatory Affairs manager and undertake all work necessary for the business to remain in constant compliance with all local and regional regulations.Key roles/responsibilities:
- Work with the relevant regional teams to establish and implement regulatory strategies
- Support the Drug Safety Officer to ensure compliance with PV & QA obligations
- Keep the business up to date on national regulatory trends, risks and opportunities
- Regulatory approval of promotional material i.e. copy approval and PAGB codes of practice
- Work collaboratively with other functions to provide regulatory support and advice
- Work in partnership with relevant government agencies i.e. MHRA/PAGB
Applicants must:
- Have 4+ years of relevant regulatory experience in either OTC or Consumer Health
- Be up to date with current regulations, laws and industry requirements
- Be able to effectively prioritise and manage workload to meet tight deadlines
- Have strong influencing and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Be able to build good collaborative working relationships
- Be in search of continuous improvement and challenge the status quo
