Description
Growing and stable company has an immediate need for a SQL Developer on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will work with SQL and SSRS report development on a team serving internal and client-facing web applications. You will support new development initiatives as well as service, support and maintenance for existing products. The programming environment involves SQL Server 2008 R2 and MS Visual Studio .
The ideal candidate will be technically proficient and comfortable working with and being relied on as part of a team. You understand the fundamentals of security, source version control, development standards and best practices, along with being able to effectively communicate and be relied on to provide and deliver support and service to our customers.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of T-SQL - Joins, Indexing, Query execution bottlenecks, Temporary tables
- SSIS - Create, troubleshoot, alter ETL packages (Key requirement)
- SSRS - Develop new reports and support existing environment
- XML, CSV, Excel
