Your Function:
We are looking for a Web Business Analyst.
The function is with focus on the digital marketing and customer intelligence teams. We are looking for someone with affinity in the E-commerce and digital marketing areas.
Defining objectives of system changes through research, fact finding, with a solid understanding of business, systems and requirements
Translating business requirements into functional design specifications
Stakeholder management in an international banking environment. It is vital to keep good communication lines with the local banks, understand their needs, communicate activities in order to keep high customer satisfaction.
Bridging the gap between functional end users in the branches and the technical support team and partners.
Involved in further improving the relatively new web change and release process.
Guiding branches through the release and change process.
Organizing and facilitating biweekly calls with end users for change management, monitoring progress on actions and provide status updates.
Challenging the internal clients on their requirements for a solution. Solutions need to fit within the IDRB IT strategy.
Analyzing and documenting requirements and functional specifications for web and other software applications working from visual designs to wireframes and functional designs.
Evaluate the implementation of the change and the process with the end-user to create a continuous improvement cycle.
Align with technical specialist on technical feasibility.
Investigate and follow up issues in collaboration with the rest of the team.
Perform other work related duties and activities when requested.
Improve and effectively update the current documentation of the IDRB tools
Your Profile:
Strong understanding of E-commerce and digital marketing
Knowledgeable on Agile/SCRUM methodologies
Knowledge and experience of:
o Technical skills: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, PHP
o Visual designs, wireframes and usability concepts.
An innate curiosity and a strong willingness to learn
Excellent analytical, written and oral communication and interviewing skills
High organizational sensitivity mainly being aware of the different interests, stakeholders styles and taking these actively into account
Very effective, organized and proactive
Independent and self supporting but yet a team player who contributes to a joint result, seeking collaboration and supporting others

Required experience:
Proven experience in an E-commerce environment
Experience with web applications and digital marketing
Demonstrated knowledge and experience of development in an enterprise scale web content management environment.
Proven experience with web requirements analysis and specifications.
At least 5 years of experience in an Business Analyst role on the edge of business and IT.
Proven experience in an international working environment and international projects.
Proven experience in dealing with external and internal partners and vendors
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
Fluent in Dutch, both spoken and written
