COMPLIANCE/CONDUCT OVERSIGHT MANAGER, SOUTH EAST, CIRCA £800 PER DAY
Panoramic Associates are working closely with a leading insurer to recruit a Senior Compliance/Conduct Oversight Manager on a contract basis.
The successful candidate will lead and manage a work stream, examining the Compliance and Regulatory issues arising from a full business review. The purpose of the role will be to deliver a step change in the compliance culture within the business by helping the business understand the risks that they face and the plans that they need to formulate, to deliver great customer outcomes, particularly within a regulated context. This will involve working closely with Senior Management and Senior Stakeholders to understand, shape and implement an effective Risk and Regulatory framework to deliver great customer outcomes across the business.
Knowledge of the FCA and regulated environments is a must and candidates would ideally come from an insurance background. Any experience from wider industries such as utilities, energy or manufacturing for example, would also be welcomed.
