Oracle, Analyst Programmer, Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, Modelling.We are urgently seeking an Oracle Analyst-Programmer to work in Geel, Belgium.
Nature of the tasks
Detailed analysis of user / functional requirements.
Data Analysis, Interface between users and the technical team by translating functional requirements into technical specifications.
Technical Analysis. Technical design, Prototyping and write programs which reflect the specifications based on user requirements.
Testing (unit testing and integration testing), validation of solutions
Produce documentation. (technical and functional) including documentation for the support team
Guidelines for new development, co-ordination of maintenance activities and new developments.
Assist with evaluating and testing products delivered by external system suppliers to ensure that they conform to the project requirements and methodology.
Troubleshooting, Debugging, Diagnosis, User support and participation in functional and technical working groups and meetings with the users.
Specific knowledge and skills
Fundamentals of IT development
Knowledge of development methodologies (e.g. RUP, SeRUM)
Knowledge of modelling languages/notations for modelling processes, rules and data (e.g. l.FML,BPEL, BPMN, Entity-Relationship diagrams)
In addition to the General knowledge and skills, one or more of the following:
Oracle Forms development and data base related development.
At least 3 years of experience in development using Oracle Designer Forms Generator and Oracle Report developer.
And at least 3 years of experience with PL SQL and multi-user SQL-based databases.
