SThree are a fast growing International Recruitment agency, placing mid to senior level professionals into a number of different industries. Due to our massive growth plans for our UK offices we are looking to hire into our Talent Acquisition Team.The ideal candidate will of graduate calibre and have 12 months plus of recruitment experience, ideally in an internal recruitment position.
A typical day will include, sourcing candidates, conducting telephone interviews, selling candidates to internal managers and preparing the candidates for face to face interviews taking them through to offer stage.

The successful candidate will be of graduate calibre, ideally with 12 months recruitment experience, confident, flexible, and very ambitious, with a strong sales focus.
