We are looking for a experienced Service Manager to set up WW GTTA Process Interface Manual (PIM)

The Service Management and Account Management project will enable IBM to perform the existing service management of IDAR in As-Is mode with minimal changes. There are several objectives associated with this project: IP Service Management tooling: Process Interface manual. Measurement and reporting"

The candidate needs to have proven experience setting up or revamping a Delivery Management System (DMS) (IBM ITD-like) in an organisation delivering services towards external customers.
The DMS is the system containing the processes, procedures and Governance for the daily management of the delivery organization.

Activities to be covered as part of the project in this specific IS4F case:
* Defining and implementing Service delivery agreements with different solution groups and services within IS4F
* Defining and implementing IS4F internal Governance structure
* Defining and implementing the meeting structure with the Customer organizations
* Kicking off of the Service delivery managers meeting

The candidate will have to operate within a delivery organisation where
* In Luxemburg the ISFF employees are speaking French; English is not always spoken. The majority of the documentation for this project's Luxemburgish scope is reported to be in French.
* In Belgium the employees speak French, Dutch and English. People use to write each other mails in their own language (eg French), with the counterparts eventually answering in her/his own language (eg Dutch). Documentation may be written in French, English or Dutch.

Good candidates may be persons with the following experience:
1. Senior role in Service Architecture, Delivery -and Transition for Business and/or IT
2. Management in IT environments of large and mid-sized companies
3. Senior & Strategic Consulting
4. Program/Project & IT Management
5. Process Management (Operational excellence in Delivery of Services)

The candidate infuses IBM's best practices into IS4F by means of a knowledge transfer to IS4F's organisation and employees. The work performed will improve IS4F's organisation and Delivery Management System to combine and complement the IS4F and IBM best practices.
