- Experience in installation, upgrading and operating of Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager 2007 R2 and SCCM R2
- Experience in administering Windows Server, Linux and Active Directory.
- Experience in using SCCM infrastructure for
- Software Update (Patch) Management
- Software distribution (packaged applications)
- Inventory collection (hardware, software and licensing data for Desktop and Server clients)
- Software Metering
- Operating System Deployment
- Experience in supporting technologies such as Windows Server Operating Systems including clustering, performance optimization and remote access, Microsoft SQL Server Microsoft Active Directory Services, Certificate Services/PKI, Internet Information Server Windows Deployment Services/Microsoft Deployment Toolkit/USMT, Mobile Device Manager
- Experience with XML, VBScript and PowerShell
- Expert knowledge in developing, testing and deploying software packages and patches using standard packaging tools and SCCM
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Operating System Deployment Framework, Including MDT, and User state Migration and Task Sequencing
- Expert knowledge with patching Workstation operating systems or software
- Expert knowledge of Windows operating system, including technical knowledge of the Windows Registry
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Servers and server configuration
- Fundamental networking knowledge - IP, DNS, WINS, IP routing, network address translation
Analytical troubleshooting and support experience - Tools: Hand on experience on ITSM tools like HPSM, BMC Remedy.
- ITIL: Knowledge of ITIL processes and procedures.
- Excellent in verbal, written communication, presentation skills
- Problem solving abilities.
- Can perform under stressful and stringent timelines with minimal help with ownership
- Take ownership to manage deliverables across multiple internal and external projects on a global basis without any help from peers & seniors.
- Take ownership to manage multiple assignments simultaneously without any/minimal guidance or help from seniors or peers team members.
- Ensuring overall health of the Global SCCM environment
- Responsible for to questions and incidents from the user community related to SCCM

- Software Metering
- Installation, analysis, maintenance, automation, and problem resolution of SCCM clients and windows patching to all supported domains across the globe
- Recommend/implement solutions related to the improvement of the SCCM environment
- Assist the team in the development of communications, policies, documentation and procedures with SCCM
- Maintain knowledge on the latest hardware and software deployments, provide alternatives when necessary
