Quality Project Manager - Lyon/France
A Quality Project Manager is needed in, on contract base in France (Lyon), for one of our clients, a prestigious international Telecommunications company. Eligibility to work in France and fluent French and English language skills are a prerequisite for an application. Start date will be ASAP.
Responsibilities:

Assist the department in the pre-sales phase response to tenders (construction, rehabilitation and development).

Study the elements of the technical file ( architectural plans, studies report estimated budget).

Analysis of engineering studies, the estimated budget and developing a detailed budget of the site

Knowledge of applications for authorization needed to the implementation of projects (EDF networks, GDF, telephone, roads).

Knowledge of Safety Standards and Quality

Control site development specifications, analysis of the coherence estimates subcontractor with respect to the business proposition to the end customer.

Work planning

Organize workstations, define processes implemented on construction sites and optimize to meet the standards of safety, quality and budget provided for in the specifications.

To track activity sites and the progress of different batches (structure, body of technical condition...) by regular points with site managers (or drivers work under his/her responsibility).

Ensure the proper application of safety procedures and hygiene in connection with the SPS coordinator (security protection of health).

Perform site reports from the supervisor and/or client.

Project Management

Ensure administrative and financial management of projects (accounting, tracking customers and suppliers billing, compliance and recovery in case of exceeding budget, optimizing the execution of projects margin).

Interface with the various stakeholders of the book project (client, public administration, engineering)
