About You:
You have strong overall computer science background, with plenty of experience in web development (particularly RoR). You've demonstrated your abilities writing top-quality web or open source software. You have a strong product sense and excellent technical judgement.

What you'll be doing:
Design and build new features. Maintain and optimize existing features and performance. Investigate new technologies and services, to ensure that the application is using the best components to solve the problem at hand.

Required Skills:

Expert knowledge of rails and web development

Expert Level Client-Side JavaScript Programming

Strong in Linux, Apache, and MySQL

Knowledge of with Web Standards, XHTML, CSS, jQuery, & AJAX

Detailed knowledge of performance and scalability, including front-end web browser performance analysis

Whiz with GIT

Nice to have:

Amazon Web Services (EC2, CloudFround CDN, etc)

Experience scaling web applications to handle millions of users

Experience building client side widgets.
