Reporting to the Deputy HR Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting Line Managers with their ER queries and manage a diverse ER portfolio of casework. This is a 6 month interim assignment and the key requirements for this role include:
  • Experience gained in NHS Acute Trust environment
  • Proven experience in managing ER casework
  • Management of Disciplinary & Grievance casework
  • Upto date knowlegde of Employement Law
  • Experience of supporting TUPE projects
  • Experience in supporting Employee consultations
  • Highly developed Communications skills
  • Strong Stakeholder Management skills
