We have offices in London, New York, Jacksonville (Florida), Frankfurt and Singapore. Overall we specialize in Global Change Management programmes.
Our client, a tier 1 Investment Bank is undertaking a Global Billing programme designed to identify opportunities to increase revenue and reduce leakage. There is a requirement for a Project Manager to be based in New York and support the delivery of this programme.
Duties will include:

To manage individual roll-outs of the programme methodology across the different businesses globally against a tight delivery plan.

Define detailed milestone and resource plans and hold people accountable to delivery

Identify key sponsors, align expectations and approach, set-up appropriate project governance as required

Oversee the gathering of required billing data across different billing systems and tools

Work with Sales & Product representatives to agree re-pricing by product/market

Identify and realize opportunities for billing and revenue leakage

Provide inputs into PMO as required eg plans, status reports, governance decks, benefits tracking
Key skills required:

Preference for experience of product pricing, billing processes or billing landscape within Cash Management

Demonstrable track-record of delivering end-to-end strategic change in a complex environment

Ability to organize and manage multiple streams of work and balance competing priorities in accordance with the strategic aims of the programme

Strong analytical skills with proven ability to digest, organise and summarise large amounts of data

Assertive and engaging with strong influencing, partnering and leadership skills
