To provide day to day 2nd line SAP support at central level to users (in France, Belgium and Luxemburg) of systems and processes in the scope of the Steering Centre.
You will participate in one or more of the following activities:
Incident Management. Your task is to;
Respond to functional and technical questions from Key users
Perform a functional analysis of the question/problem and the test of the potential problem
Administer and follow-up Change requests
Internal Security management. Your task is to;
Attribute people to Profiles when requested
Manage Profiles/Roles (creation, change, delete) when needed
Document Management:
Create and maintain up-to-date user guide for several SAP Modules
Create and maintain checklist and generic documentation
Release Strategy management. Your task is to;
Add a new approver in an existing release strategy
Manage Release strategies (creation, change, delete) when needed
You ensure a pro-active support to the system end users
Give training and coaching
Ad hoc support for more complex problems
Maintain user guides and other support documents (Intranet, FAQ's, )
You plan and monitor your own activities
You build up good professional relations with clients and suppliers
Required;
Fluency in Dutch & French.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of standard Microsoft Office tools (word, excel, PowerPoint)
Have a minimum 1-2 years of SAP expertise in one or more modules such as MM, SD, SRM, FI, CO, etc.
Will have SAP process and workflow knowledge
Advantageous;
Will have some experience with Cost Accounting and related workflow tools.
