System Management OpenVMS - Gent - Alpha/Itanium, TCPIP, DCL Scripting, EVA CA
System Manager OpenVMS - Gent - Alpha/Itanium, TCPIP, DCL Scripting, EVA CA. Darwin is urgently looking for someone with extensive experience in OpenVMS for a challenging and good opportunity in the area of Gent.
For this role you are expected to have experience with VMS system management and have experience in managing enterprise clusters of 4 nodes or more with 1000 users or more. Furthermore, it's required to have Alpha and Itanium boot experience including configuration and setup.
The candidate should have TCPIP and DECnet configuration setup experience and is able to manage clusters and shadowsets. For the storage work it is required to have EVA CA experience.
You will be working in a team with both on and offshore resources. It's also a plus to have experience in a 24/7 environment where they will work with duties.
The candidate should start may 1st and will be needed for at least 11 months and there is a possibility of extension with the contract.
