SharePoint Consultant, SharePoint Developer, Office 365, Microsoft Office 365, O365 Implementation
eCRM EURO are looking for a SharePoint Consultant to provide Office 365 implementation expertise. The ideal candidate will also have excellent communication skills. The exciting opportunity is for someone to work with the IT teams to implement Office365. Working with a new and expanding team and reporting to the project manager and must understand a client's business problem, contribute to the creation of a viable solution and work together with the rest of the team to implement that solution within the client's environment.
Responsibilities
Flexibility of approach is required in carrying out the responsibilities of an Office 365/SharePoint Implementation Consultant, including:
* Working efficiently to establish the business need.
* Working with consultants to scope the solution by providing a clear, accurate and workable brief and then ensuring this works in practise.
* Devising and delivering appropriate Microsoft Office 365 technical solutions to meet client and requirements.
* Acting in a consultant role with the client, providing liaison, ongoing communication, managing client expectations and dealing with client issues.
Experience
This role requires experience of successfully defining and delivering messaging and collaboration migrations to Cloud based strategies that embrace the entire Microsoft Office 365 Enterprise platform.
You must have a strong understanding of SharePoint and Microsoft Office 365.
Strong technical infrastructure skills will be needed across the majority of the following Microsoft server technologies in order of priority:
* SharePoint 2007 and/or 2010 and/or 2013,
* Microsoft Lync Server and/or Office Communications Server,
Office 365/SharePoint Implementation Consultants are also required to demonstrate considerable expertise in the following areas:
* Implementation and third line technical support of enterprise 'client' products including:
o Windows 7,VistaandXP,
o Office ,
o Internet Explorer, Safari and Firefox,
o Windows Phone and other mobility platforms including BlackBerry and iPhone.
* DNS and related network protocols as well as capability with Windows PowerShell.
* Enterprise network topology including: Active Directory, Wide Area Connectivity (On premise and Internet based), Firewall technologies and SSL certificates.
* Experience of Legacy messaging systems such as Lotus Notes, IMAP/POP3 including archiving technologies and email encryption.
This role requires experience of successfully delivering Infrastructure migration projects and requires someone who understands how business infrastructure works and how messaging and collaboration solutions can support the business.
In particular, the candidate will have:
* A range of experience of delivering messaging and collaboration solutions including infrastructure architecture, design and implementation/migration.
* A proven track record of successful implementation of messaging and collaboration solutions
* A proven ability to develop a clear understanding of clients' needs and the ability to incorporate them into a solution.
* Experience of consultancy and delivery orientated environments.
