Your tasks:
- Provide executive oversight by creating regular portfolio, program and project reports
- Track delivery against defined objectives, key milestones, deliverables and financial targets
- Guide the responsible program directors/project managers and ensure required updates in the Bank's IT project portfolio management systems are made in time and quality
- Prepare and conduct regular program/project review meetings
- Support the yearly project planning cycle
- Generation of automated status reports for IT Security portfolio, programs and projects including plausibility/consistency and quality checks
- Tracking and quality check of scope, milestones, deliverables, budget, risks, issues, benefit drivers, action items, etc.
- In depth reviews and status assessments of selected programs/projects following the Portfolio Management Framework of Deutsche Bank (tollgates, project health checks, compilation of project artefacts (e.g. project plan, risk & issue list, terms of reference etc.))
- Liaise with Business Management to ensure that clear and transparent financial controls are in place for the related budget including regular financial reports for the program/project portfolio
- Preparation, coordination and execution of regular program/project review meetings including agenda, meeting set-up, action items, etc.
- Regular communication and guidance of program directors and project managers regarding their program/project entries in Clarity, on the project portfolio sharepoint, related systems and processes (e.g. change process to existing project portfolio, etc.)
- Act as an interface to overall program/project management teams within the COO organization and the bank as well as to related PMO oversight and Financial Admin functions in IT Security
- Maintenance and enhancement of existing systems (e.g. sharepoints), reports and other documents (e.g. masterlists, guidelines, etc.)
- Support the yearly project planning cycle
- Further develop program/project portfolio management principles and framework by which IT Security program directors/project managers shall operate, including set-up, governance, reporting, tool use and documentation standards
Your qualifications
- Experience in Project Portfolio Management, especially with associated governance processes
- Strong PMO/Project Management skills, including a profound understanding and experience of risk, issue and change management processes
- Deutsche Bank experience would be nice to have
