Description
A financial firm that is seeking Software Developers for their Financial Risk Management team. This is a full-time role located in Downtown Chicago.The main purpose of this job is the development of the firms trading and risk systems. Work would include both web and desktop applications and span from the front-end to the back end. The Software Developer would work alongside Financial Analysts, Portfolio Managers, Senior Developers, and Quantitative Analysts and in accordance to the requirements of these professionals.
The position could pay between $80,000 and $120,000 Base and include at $10,000 guaranteed bonus.
Requirements:
· 2 to 5 years of Coding experience in C#.Net
· A Bachelor Degree in Computer Science
· Experience with end-to-end development
· Experience with at least two of the following: SQL, ASP.Net, Winforms, MVC Razor, devexpress
· Must be able to function at all parts of the software development life-cycle; requirements gathering, specification creation, development, testing and production deployment.
· Should understand the fundamentals of good software design and should be aware of patterns-based approaches to design
