Production Support (Treasury Desk)Our client in Midtown Manhattan is looking for a strong Production Support Engineer with experience in US Treasuries. Salary is K. H1B visas can be transferred if there is at least 3 years still valid.
Responsibilities
- 1st Level Support on any technical issues that arise on the trading desk
- Extremely proactive in work environment and ability to quickly resolve problems as they come through
- Ability to lead team when needed to do so and personal drive to grow career within the company
- Work directly with traders on floor
Requirements
- Very strong knowledge of SQL and Unix
- Work experience with Python, Perl and/or Shell
- Very strong understanding of Interest Rates, Swaps and Trading environment
- Previous work in financial industry (experience on Treasury Desk is preferred)
- Ability to excel in team environment
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills
