The role
The AMU TSA (Transitional Services Agreement) Relationship Manager is accountable for owning the relationships with stakeholders for various TSAs. They are also responsible for ensuring that the TSA owners are aware of, and fulfilling, their contractual obligations. They will manage the relationship with the client for all relevant Transitional Service Agreements (TSAs), resolving or escalating any high severity service issues. They are also a point of escalation for change project delivery within the TSAs, and will be required to participate in Cross-Entity governance forums.
* Accountable for the resolution of any escalated issues in relation to multi-million pound (per annum) TSAs, and ensuring that the client TSA owners are aware of, and fulfilling, their contractual obligations
* Acts as a central point of contact for Client Change Requests (CRs), liaising with the TSA owners to define high-level solutions, and approve the resultant work orders above a defined threshold - current volume of CRs is unknown
* Acts as a point of escalation for both client and LBG to provide support in reaching a resolution in the event of delivery issues for Change projects
Working knowledge of core services within the banking sector, in particular, finance operations, risk operations, treasury operations, business continuity management, operations risk system support, and treasury finance
* Experience of managing third-party contracts, and depth of real-life experience in contract management
* Knowledge of change management processes and high-level design
* Ability to provide guidance and support to the TSA owners to allow them to understand the client contract and fulfil their contractual obligations
* Developing and managing client relationships with senior client stakeholders, and ability to influence, negotiate, and persuade in order to achieve objectives and/or resolve conflict in a timely and efficient manner
